You’re not alone

Crisis pregnancies affect everyone involved, regardless of how involved they are.

Whether or not you’re in a relationship; whether or not you’ve been a part of any decision making process; whether or not you know what’s going on; you go through emotional ups and downs all of your own. But that doesn’t mean you have to go through them on your own.

A problem shared
is a problem halved

When dealing with an unplanned pregnancy with someone, men often feel the exact same emotions as women including confusion, panic and stress. These feelings can affect your wellbeing, so it is crucial that you come and talk with one of our professional counsellors. They can help you inform yourself about things like pregnancy care, social welfare, housing applications, family concerns, legal issues and any other practical concerns you may have.

What to do is up to you

There is no substitute for talking to someone about how you feel and getting all the information you need to prepare you for the pregnancy. Our experienced, specialised counsellors will not judge anything you say or direct you in any way. They are simply here to listen and provide a range of information, options and support, in a safe, confidential environment both before and after the birth.

we’re Here2Help

Whether you’d like one appointment or many, to come alone or with someone else and talk in our offices or on neutral ground, we’re Here2Help.
