You’re not alone

There can be any number of reasons why you might find your pregnancy is a crisis pregnancy.

You may feel you are too young to have children or you may feel you are too old. You may not have been planning to have any children or you may not have been expecting to have any more. Finance, religion, health, relationship – whatever the reasons they’re yours and yours alone but that doesn’t mean you have to face them alone.

A problem shared
is a problem halved

With any unplanned or unexpected pregnancy, the first hurdle can simply be getting your head around the news before deciding what to do next. The best way to do this is to come and talk with one of our professional counsellors. They can help you inform yourself about things like pregnancy care, social welfare, housing applications, family concerns, legal issues and any other practical concerns you may have.

What to do is up to you

There is no substitute for talking to someone about how you feel. Our experienced, specialised counsellors are available both before and during your pregnancy and will ensure you have all the information you need to make your own decisions. With no pre-set agenda, they simply provide a safe, non-judgmental place for you to talk in complete confidence about how you feel about your pregnancy and your options.

we’re Here2Help
