We recommend booking as soon as you know your discharge date—ideally at least 48 hours in advance. However, we do our best to accommodate urgent requests. If your discharge is tomorrow, call us directly at +353 1 234 5678 and we'll do what we can.
Hospital delays happen all the time. Just let us know as soon as you know about the change, and we'll reschedule your companion. We're flexible and understand that hospital discharge isn't always on schedule. There's no charge for rescheduling within reason.
Our companions are trained in patient care and support, with first aid certification. They're not nurses, but they understand how to help vulnerable people with dignity and care. For specialist medical needs, we can arrange companions with specific qualifications.
Yes, we can provide transport in our wheelchair-accessible vehicle as part of the service. If you prefer to use your own transport or have a specific vehicle requirement, let us know and we'll arrange it. The companion will accompany you regardless.
If you need more time than you've booked, let your companion know. We'll do our best to extend the service on the day if they're available. Otherwise, we can arrange a follow-up visit or additional support. Contact us to discuss your needs.
Yes! Hospital discharges happen seven days a week, and we're here to help. Weekend and holiday bookings are available. There may be a small surcharge for holiday dates, but we'll let you know when you book.
